What you will need to apply.

Our requirements are straightforward. Please have the following ready when you apply.

  • Valid government identification for each applicant aged eighteen or older
  • Proof of income equal to three times the monthly rent
  • Credit score of 600 or higher (co-signers accepted)
  • Rental history for the past two years with landlord contacts
  • No prior evictions within the last five years
  • $45 application fee per applicant, non-refundable

How do I pay rent online?
Log into your tenant portal and select Pay Rent. Bank transfers are complimentary, and credit card payments incur a small processing fee. You may also configure automatic monthly payments.
What if I need a repair after hours?
Please call our twenty-four-hour emergency line at (555) 911-PROP. For non-emergency issues, submit a request through your portal and we will respond within one business day.
When is rent due and what are late fees?
Rent is due on the first of each month with a grace period through the fifth. After the fifth, a late fee of $50 plus $10 per additional day applies.
How do I get my security deposit back?
Provide thirty days written notice, schedule a move-out inspection, and return keys. Your itemized deposit return is mailed within twenty-one days of move-out.
