How is your management fee calculated?
We charge a percentage of rent collected, between six and eight percent depending on your tier, so we are only paid when you are. A one-time leasing fee equal to fifty percent of one month's rent applies when we place a new tenant.
How quickly can you place a tenant?
Our average time to place a qualified tenant is fourteen days from listing. Properties that are priced appropriately and in good condition often lease within seven days.
Do you charge markups on maintenance invoices?
Never. You pay the actual contractor invoice with zero markup applied. We are compensated through our management fee, not through maintenance work, which keeps our incentives aligned with yours.
When do I receive my monthly rent deposit?
Rent is collected by the fifth, processed, and deposited directly to your bank account by the tenth of each month, along with your detailed financial statement.
Can I change tiers after signing up?
Yes. You may upgrade or change tiers at any time. As your portfolio grows, we will recommend the appropriate plan for your circumstances.
